We use Event Storms, technical working groups, and structured discovery sessions to surface what the initiative actually requires.
This phase answers the question no one wants to ask: do the stakeholders actually agree on the problem, or just on the fact that there is one?
Technical orchestration
We translate collaborative outputs into technical architecture. System design, vendor selection, standards integration, and the governance frameworks that keep the technology accountable to the stakeholders it serves.

Stakeholder coordination
We manage the ongoing alignment that keeps complex initiatives moving. Communication infrastructure, reporting cadences, conflict resolution, and the continuous work of keeping multiple organizations pulling in the same direction.
